That's a very well made little piece. Which suggests older to me.
I don't know older NA pottery that well, but that looks like an 18th or 19th C relatively commercial pink glaze to me.

A Georgian ring would be set in gold or silver. That one isn't well made: Georgian rings are usually nicely done.
Hm. Nice airtwist stem. Colour doesn't look Georgian and I'd have said a bit too much capacity for it, either. The foot isn't folded.
