I've seen them here, and own some. Yes, the style of that clip back is 1940s. Never quite pinned them down, but probably UK/European.
I had Formica cupboards like that in my kitchen.

That back stamping can also be German. 1940s clip style again, and it's meant to be an arum lily.

That style of clip is typically late 40s into early 50s.

I can see at least three good ones. The silver hearts, the one aj has pointed out and that coral hand. Oh, and that oval one. All Victorian....
Carving looks late nineteenth as does that ebonising. Very odd shape.

None of those: I'd suspect turquoise, coral or jet cabochons - glass or real. 19th C yes.
