I think the second is West German rather than Czech, with those three strands. Nice, but they're not worth a lot.

I don't think that's English. The base and colours look off. 233 is typically a shape number and the other a decorator's number, anyhow.
Luxford is the pattern name. I believe that's Crown Staffordshire, but a photo of the whole thing would help.
