Made about two days ago. A copy of a Scottish spongeware cat.
The feet, shape of them and general look. Clay colour and that brown smudgy look to the glaze. And sort of having seen so many. ;)
That sort of date would make sense: I knew HK residents who were bringing stuff back from the mainland then. Ta!
The gold colour looks British to me, as does that back. Cultural appropriation was our speciality in the 19th C.
