Try Hibernia for the mark on the spoon. It's Irish, so actually of more worth, being rarer. Hang on a mo', I'll see if I can find the date and maker.

It isn't sommerso, it's graduated. Sommerso is sumberged: one colour inside another. I don't think that seller was being accurate. ;)

It's West German. 1960s/70s, can't recal who off hand. I think that's the original shade.

Spanish maker wouldn't say Sterling, especially of that age. That Sterling Backs and Rims thing was common in the late 19th and early 20th here....
