Pattern looks Malay/Singapore. I've things I bought out there. That clear thread is much newer than the 60s or 70s, unless someone has remade it.

Definitely late 19th. In the absence of other marks, I'd say gold plated. A manufacturer proud enough to put their name on would have hallmarked...
I actually bought it without taking the bottle out of the case. So the mark was a rather nice surprise. ;)
