Guessing here -- it's a nice glaze, I think 2nd half of 20th c, and if it's Chinese, the shape, particularly the top rim, don't look traditional....
That eas an excellent overview. But pre 19thc it loks like foot rims can be clean or messy!

I suspect that the copyright is for the design by the potter and not the name Anasazi. I doubt that could be copyrighted.
