The stones are very light blue. I did use Google lens before I posted, there are a few Toledo Native American silversmiths.

I would scrap it....if it were a family piece, I would put a photograph in it and find a crystal cover.

This is extremely lightweight. Is bakelite heavier? Is there a bakelite that is coated? Could be resin. I have to flash a UV light on it...

It has weight...would they have laid the rolled etched pieces on a base metal? It's just unusual that the inside of the bracelet is the same....
