ok just dug it out of the bookcase, the model number 1362 dates to 1934 and I believe the designer is Vicke Lindstrand.
If you can read the letters I can look them up, I have the catalog.

By that frame and general look of the work ..I can't be sure but it looks like a Chinese factory painting.
