I like the matte pieces with hand carved geometric patterns production from 1900-1920. Alas though, sold it all many years ago.

Looks a bit like Bethel Pike mark, I don't recall center logo in a circle though. I have seen this mark before. I will look in my files...might...

I have seen this mark attributed to Pacific Stoneware, I believe from Oregon or Washington. (not Pacific Pottery of Calif)

Antique hobby painted china pieces values depend on the quality of the hand painting, the size and shape. And if the "blank" maker is collected....
The lower body center design technique is called Champlevé. I don't think the pair are antique, probably, 1950s-1970s.
