It is wedgwood after all I went to the viewing today
Not sure if it's a dish that been made into a plaque either
Saw this listed at an auction, the auction may have said wedgwood without a definite mark but maybe not. Haven't seen wedgwood gilded like this...
Haha, I haven't seen him since so just glad he's staying here
Haha fid  I should have taken my time. We were in a rush to go and had to run round taking photos basically. They were certainly old....
I'm shocked haha lucky I skipped that auction I would have bought that for sure maybe at a bad price too
Does it look like a genuine antique piece? I'm in England I'd put my money on European :)
Yeh that's the one :)
That's what I was hoping it wasnt. Toilet sets are never worth much. It was nice still shame it doesn't have as much age as hoped
Wow, I definitely don't trust the bowl now. It was really impressive in real life as well what a shame. Thanks for showing me. :)
Saw these and snapped some quick pics, the dovetails look awfully small though they might indicate good craftsmanship. Photos are terrible I'm...
Can't find a can like this online. Making me wondering whether it's for another purpose or if it's just rare. I didn't take very good photos [ATTACH]
Found a few actually and answered my own question thanks
Saw this minimax fire grenade. It's embossed all over with writing. Can anybody find one online [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
this thing was big and really heavy, maybe 60cm. Could it be a wash bowl? It was perfectly circular too. Sorry about the photos struggling with...
what dyou think of this? My instincts say it's amazing and precious but they definitely need some fine tuning haha Is this brand new then? ;)...
Yeh figtree I think that was the site my dad saw. Always worth double checking things in here :joyful:
I didn’t think it was jasperware or Wedgewood. They were the only guesses I really had I’ll see what I can find with your guys help. Thanks so much
My dad got this small cream jug in a box at auction. Had a receipt for a £40 restoration in it. My dad is thinking Wedgewood. We live in the area...
