It does say "Handmade" but Haldeman had "Hand Made California" incised on some of his 1940s Caliente pottery. I have one like this in pastel pink...
Maybe Haldeman...it looks like his maroon glaze and the overlap is a feature on a lot of his bowls.
Maybe Impressions White. I don't have any of this pattern so I can't check, but it looks like a possibility.
