The stone is a sphere and probably not original to the ring.Looks like 3 of the prongs are "loose" and the stone is too small for the setting.

Is this photo from the OP's photo? If it is the mark is a fake,the piece was cast from a mold and I have never seen a cast Tiffany mark.
They were made and used by what ever business was contracted to print the advertising/packaging,etc.
