I used an online photo editing site to create a mirror image of the pic on your tumblers. I don't recognize the maker, but it might help someone...

Yup, not a Hummel. Circa 1970 I have the exact same one that I received as a graduation gift.
You might write to the current owner and see if they can provide some info. However, I'm not sure it will matter that much to a buyer.

BTW, he left Kosta in 1972/1973, so this piece would have been before then. He died in 1983

From the pic, the cross hatching cuts on the vase appear to be unpolished. If there are unpolished areas on the vase, that points to newer...

Research Egyptian Glass Perfume. That is what these are. These became popular giftware items about 20 years ago or so. Still being sold new today
