    also if it doesn't have a bottom make sure to elevate it to let the heat escape as tubes will get very hot and cause it to burst into flames .

    i don't see any holes for screws so i think it was a snap in bottom, .... nope on further insight i see 2 holes for bolts to screw into, and...
