IMO not German, glaze fracture shown in pic under foot points to a non-hard-paste body. Flowers are also extremely non-German in execution....

If you're going to sell them, don't clean them. We dealers prefer uncleaned paintings and pay a premium for works that have not been messed with.
The tray was once silver-plated and all the silver has been polished off. The date I think will be 1872 not 1812 as this is an electroplated tray...
