I see no anchor, if you are talking about what is to the left of 375.... it's the left side of a balance scale.
With the better photos,it looks like a students failure,excess solder "blobs" in a number of locations.
Are they hollow and light weight,photos are not in focus to see a seam line. Just a guess they are electroformed.
Pearl representing something,center looks like an atom,right side man in the moon face.
It doesn't appear to be tin,check it with a magnet.
Without a maker's mark which can be identified,it's impossible to date many pieces. There are makers who use original dies from the late 1800's to...
