Welcome. Your vases are Chinese 20thc., and very high quality. Damage on cloisonne is unfortunately quite a demerit, but restoration in this case...
In this case, the engraver is quite important - Lewis is a highly regarded stipple engraver, although his more valuable efforts are landscapes....
