There's a lot of reflections... dust,air bubbles,dirt?Several stones appear to have broken corners.
Native cut low quality pink sapphires,can't tell from the photos if engraved or stamped metal.Could have been made in India or Thailand.

Virtually everything can be "faked" if there is money in it to make a profit.
The engraving is really sloppy,looks like the engraver was imbibing alcohol and couldn't keep track with what he should have been doing.
