For what it's worth: you're top of the bill on a Google image search of "la finca studios" ceramics.
Neither do I. I guess it's looking pretty good. I can't tell from the photos if it is hand painted, but the layout seems to me okay for 18th C....
The thing flying over their heads, or the tiny thing to the left or the right of the central image... are they covering tiny flaws in the porcelain?

It looks like flow blue underneath, but the colors have been cobbled (added later).
