Could be, the crown is very similar. That has to be the worst name to use as a search term though! I gave up when I got about 10 million hits...
Interesting that on the drawing and on my piece the plant has tendrils, but on lots of examples it doesn’t seem to. Maybe they got lost along the way.
Yes, I think the curve has occurred over time rather than by design. Maybe it got damp at some point?
