Looks like the whole piece is coated with excess solder on both sides,maybe a marriage or poor repair work.
Looks like it was die stamped,using progressive dies to make the top half appear to be a coin.
The pin looks like a low quality reproduction.The back of the ladies head the sprues were just clipped off and no finishing done.
The casting "flash" is in all of the open areas.
I don't think the long stone is a rolling pin,looks more like an acorn grinding stone....................
