It has sanding/grinding marks at the 4/5 o'clock area.
Shine a light thru the beads,the large ones look a bit like garnet.

The pendant looks like it may have casting bubbles,but the photo isn't in focus.
The earrings looks like they were engraved by a beginner/apprentice,too big of a hurry and sloppy engraving.
