Are there bubbles all over the rose?
Could be Andradite/ Melanite Garnet,but the stones would need to be tested.
Shine a light through them,they look like garnets.

The whole thing looks poorly cast,bubbles,lack of cleanup and could have a bad case of porosity.

Edit your post and use full image for the photos.The piece has a "Florentine Finish" using a line graver. Are there any maker's marks?

My son has a coffee can forge for heat treating.These bread knives were not forged,just stock removal.I would need to take it to the hardware...

Looks like they were cut with a saw and a burr used to round the inside of the cuts.There is also excess solder over most pieces,not a quality...

It's a mabe pearl"assembled",if the size is right for the ring to fit... it just needs to be laser welded.There would be no damage to the stone.
The first photos were out of focus and too small,the items telling me are in the first photo and the photo in post #11 confirmed it.
