I'd go with the Schumann. It is similar to the KPM mark, but much more like the Schumann, and the items aren't things I'd expect from KPM.
The closest mark I can find in Rontgen is a KPM, Berlin mark from the 1940s.
It's likely a later reproduction - contemporary with the frame. Does it look to be 3 separate sheets of paper?

My idle guess would be U.S. Glass, just because the photo suggests the Bellaire Goblet has a thicker stem. But that is an idle guess.
