Pretty sure your plate is a re-making of an original and more than likely from the 1990's. Don't spend too much on it!:jawdrop:
OBB - Factory mark apparently in use only between 1921-34, so not Hazel Allner - she started in the 1940's from what I can gather?

Most of these are sterling although I have seen a couple in silverplate. A lot were made in Hong Kong, but Shanghai ones show up mow and again.
Looks like a typical Swedish or Scandinavian mark in style, can't really read it though ...
