Well all well and good, except the Fukagawa mark has 2 lines below ..plus they only made porcelain, never cloisonne and the mark wasn't...
I would say this is a Victorian era vase. Watcombe Torquay did some cold painted earthenwares early on, but no doubt other potteries did too ......
It is cloisonne of course, and Japanese work. Could be on silver, sometimes these are ..the wires are sometimes silver too and this might be one...
I like the yellow chair too - often chairs of this style are not upholstered in vinyl but in leather ...worth checking?
