    Bought this at an estate sale. Its good size...2 3/4" x 2 3/4". No markings. The stones are set with longer prongs. Also it looks like acorns?...

    Looking at it maybe its a back fender decoration? The strap is too small for the leg or a bikers arm. It has to be a bike accessory.

    This plate measures 10" across. Has a raised dragon in the center. The green decorated border is also raised. Plate has weaving. Interesting...
