If I had looked at your photos carefully enough, I would have seen that the body on your doll is cloth, with porcelain limbs. Skip my body...

Clothing could be made from antique fabric. (sorry for such a blurry pic).
Even if not completely undressed, you should be able to tell if the body is like the photo......which is not good, but should help you. [ATTACH]

Looking at your photo again, I see what appears to be "dots/bumps" on the doll's face?
It is dressed as Amish......not produced by the Amish...................
