If it isn't a print laid on canvas, it looks like quite a good early 20thc copy of a Herring.. Oh and probably the name is Henry rather than Henny!
This looks like English silverplate to me, but I could be off on that.
I think this stuff is commonly called "Japanese soft metal" but is a kind of plated antimony - plated with copper layer first then silver....
