It's mixed up with the Taurus zodiac sign.

The top stone appears to have been cut sometime after 1920,lower photo is too out of focus to tell.The white metal would need to be tested for...
The blade looks like it was made from a broken bayonet,no reason for an eating knife to have a deep fuller.
