    It looks like there is a faded design on the front, flowers, or apples .. can barely make it out but the centers are dark .. VERY faded, Joy.

    The gown is very long, came with an antique baby doll I purchased 13 yrs ago, it was hanging off the doll and is most definately for a real baby....
