Would say it is European in origin. A bit like some WMF stuff but seems a bit light weight for them. Wonder if it might have come with something...
Really depends on where you are. In my semi-rural Midwest neck of the woods, $200.00 would be too high. You would be lucky to get $100.00 here....
Also think mahogany. Seems to be a quality piece.
Facebook marketplace seems to do better than CL here.
Found a better example of the mark. Reads Nemadji Badlands Pottery..... so just a variant of their mark. [IMG] Source:...
If you search Nemadji 161 vase, you will find some very similar examples.
Certainly looks like old Nemadji and the mark is consistent in form with theirs, if not in content. They were known to have produced some pottery...
Nice refinish job but am guessing the hardware not to be original. Think most likely from the 60s or so. Phillips head screws, while available...
Here in my semi-rural Midwest location, around $100.00 give or take, at retail. You might find it selling for more in a big city.

Work pretty well but….. depends on what you are not prepping ;)
Agree completely. I don't see a lot of value here. Here in my Midwest semi-rural location, we would be less than $100.00 each on these. We...
Circa 1900. Appears to be oak.
Would not paint these. Very well could have a wax or oil finish that would not take paint well. You would have a chippy peeling mess in no time...
Thanks for the help. I always felt that Steuben should be signed but ran across this piece once before identified as Steuben and now, a few years...
Have an example of this bowl and find it attributed to Steuben on the internet. Of course, no signature. 6" square x about 4 3/4" tall. Any...
Really not worth any kind of serious exposure. Sell them locally on craigslist or facebook marketplace.
