    Copper candlesticks with Chinese marks, anyone able to read them?

    They look strange,what is the little "gold" dot?Looks like some type of copper alloy and not sure which.Photos are out of focus and can't see details.

    Anyone know what this small amber glass ball oil lamp is?

    It is round so that the flame can be tilted to different positions.Today they have flat sides for positioning....

    @Barn Owl The St.Quentin has soldered applique of the city and leaves.Very doubtful a soldier in the trenches could have produced the piece.
