In my opinion the foot rim is artificially darkened. The drawing style and the pigments also suggest more recent piece.

[ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] Appears to be on the recent side. Italy maybe? Or a reproduction after an old design?

[ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] Not jade for sure. Serpentine maybe? Any age or relatively recent?

[ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] Would be nice to know the artist.
Maybe French with those brass handles? What are the flowers on the glass pattern so I can narrow down the search?
About 14" in diameter, 3" deep. The feet are ground and polished so I guess meant to sit on flat surface.
