Slightly iridescent, that's why I don't think it is Bohemian. No lip, so they could be just two separate bowls.

I guess it is more like Northwest. Can we tell something about the tribe affiliation by the attire, unless a fantasy image?
I guess it could be called milk glass. Not the classic thick and molded one. It's hard to take a picture of the bottom.It may look like polished...
