Late 19th century. No real identifiable style other than Victorian.
It is a nice one. Circa 1900 oak. Values are down but still should be worth over $500.00 at retail (Time was, it was a $1500.00 piece). Depends...
I also think Belgian.
Would think 30s-40s. Hard to tell from these pics but really just looks to need some minimal sprucing.
I see a cord but where is there a light? Think these are hobby decorated and bought as ceramic greenware (Or might they be chalk?). Initials...
Given fairly close proximity to the NYC metro area, I could see this priced $200-300.00 at retail (maybe more in a very fancy shop with the right...

Have not seen any quite like this either. Would think 40s. Where and how is the lamp stem attached? Can't really tell from your photos.
Doesn't really matter who made this. It is desirable on its own merits.
I am sure there would be a market for this. Would make good decoration or turned sideways could be a bed headboard.
Agree with the 30s date and English oak. Not arts and crafts but sort of art deco with a nod toward some historical precedence with those...
Last part is a year ..... 1995?
