    Rooster Glasses. Who made them?

    The glasses look Hazel Atlas-ish to me. Check the bottoms carefully, a Hazel Atlas mark can be very small but they're usually dead center....

    You have a point. I can see that if that ribbon was draped over something, and hanging free on the far side, then the swans would be right side...

    I can't imagine that's pewter. Looks like it's had some heat applied to it, and pewter is not good for that. I would guess it's base metal that...
