    Unlikely that it has anything to do with the bar which says it's for English Automobiles for the Highest Number of Revolutions. For engines it would appear.

    That looks like an interesting reference guide for antique tableware. Appreciate you calling it to the attention of the board. I like that they also have a list of other reference works they consulted.

    You posted a clip from this reference in the other thread, as I recognize the ALBION section from this full PDF as something that was posted in the other thread. I'm glad to see the whole citation.
