In addition to the collector site, landofmarbles.com, there are a lot of ID sites like this one:

You can get all kinds of stuff from them like these marble trays with covers. None of my marbles are terribly valuable, but my ten year old grandson and I are having fun sorting them out.

I was buying marbles just like OP's to use in my slingshot ca. 1960. Size was the same and the internal thingy was same but colors varied. Think they came in plastic bags of 10 or 25.

Cruise through those sites we showed and you'll come upon yours. Most aren't valuable. I have jars and jars of them now. They look good on the windowsill with the sun coming through.

    Hi Bev,
Great idea about the trays with covers. I have jars of them also. Some were valuable most aren't. My window sills are only 1" wide so no display there..

The ones I bought came in a plastic bag and may have had a label at the top with "Marbles" and no trade name. They were like 10 for 5 cents. In the distant future archaeologists will dig up lots of those marbles in my old neighborhood in Champaign, IL, and speculate on what ancient ritual used numbers of large marbles.

Those are catseyes. I don't recall ever seeing this type so poorly finished. They are the lowest of the low to collectors.

Part of the reason I didn't try to sell mine is that they all have dings and scratches. Real marble collectors want pristine, unused ones. I don't know, though, maybe your manufacturing flaws would appeal to a particular type of collector. Mostly what you've shown are the kind we played with as kids - 1950s-60s.
