    Well, from what little I know about centimeters vs inches - that is a lot smaller than it looks on the screen. Now I know why you called it a locket. I was going to guess a cigarette case until you gave the measurements.

    I think it has to be some form of "sweetheart" gift (although probably not intended for that to begin with.)
