    It's a decorative miniature. Copy of something. Here she is again. (Seller has the date wrong. This is early 20th century.)

    I'd like to see a good clear photo of the marks but agree with Marote about the maker mark. Seeing the other marks could give a definitive date.

    Silver marks appear to read London 1988,which would tie in with Marote and the makers mark.The signature I read as V Berg.
