This watercolor?is another of the 15- 16 paintings/prints I found at an estate sale of a cat lady's villa (houses attached to each other with no side yards, right?) last week.
I can't tell if its a watercolor or pastel without taking it out of the frame.
Can anyone make out the signature? It looks like Kinkos Rush to me!

The second I did figure out by myself! I found I have a 1958 Japanese Lithograph called "TIP The Cat" by Da Wei Kwo in the stack of art I got.
The other ones I saw say they have copyright 1958on it, but mine has what looks like K.A.S. - what is that?

    Thank you guys!

Are you sure Da Wei Kwo is a Japanese lithograph? Name sounds more Chinese to me. Or are you referring to the lithograph style and not the
    artist. Still learning.
The other signature on the Siamese cats. Starts with a K. Maybe Japanese?
When I think "Villa", I think detached home. Here in the states, we call attached homes rowhomes or condos or duplex.
I think overseas they call them rowhomes or semi detached?

I really like them both! The first one seems to have an additional signature on the right about half way up.

What as copyright instead of 1958 do you think its a later one and not original printing (if it's a lithograph)

Using phone - it should have said 'With that as copyright'

The Japanese for kitten transliterates as koneko. Not sure that's useful, just tossing it out there in case we're looking at a title rather than a signature.

That first one was available as a print just about everywhere in the 1980's. I had 2 friends - and one sister - who had one on their walls!

I believe the original was called Siamese Cats, by Kaiko Moti (1921-1989).

The second one, also available many places as a print, was by
    DA WEI (DAVID) KWO (1919-2003).
