My notes say that several companies produced similar patterns. I have 2 of these pitchers and the biggest difference between them seems to be the treatment of the top rim. Any way to tell who did what?

    About 9" tall.

The angles on the squirrels are different. The one leans forward more then the other and the angle of its arm is different as well.

IMHO. Dalzell, Gilmore & Leighton had begun production of a line if 1/2 gallon pitchers. They had ordered a number of molds, all without designs in them. they began production then joined with the National combine and their molds, at least these blank pitcher molds went to Greentown.
It's possible DG&L had made some glass in some of the molds and those molds, too, went to Greentown. Also it's probable Greentown put patterns of their own into some of the molds and made glass from them. I know of no way to distinguish among the different glass pitchers. Notice than many of these pitchers have the same foot. The top rim could have been done in one of several ways.

So I guess there's really no way to know. Such is life.

On the other hand, on Feb 26 at 5:30 in the afternoon, I took a try at daylight photos of the one pitcher and they're adequate. And the edit option was still available, so I was able to update the photos.

Came with plain and scalloped edge. Indiana Tumbler also made the pitcher in Chocolate."

Thanks for that. I seem to have plenty of options to choose from.

Maybe I should call them Fat Squirrel and Thin Squirrel.

    pearlsnblume: thanks for the compliment
