2 Vintage measuring tapes decade requests

I have 2 measuring tapes. One is a Lufkin 240" Nubian tape 120CH and the other The L.S. Starett Co. 50 ft. No. 530 tape made in Athol.Mass.U.S.A. I would like to request the decades that these were made for insurance claim purposes because my hot water tank burst and they got thrown out in mitigation. However, my insurance wants me to date everything that got lost in water damage. Mitigation took this picture. Thank you for assistance in this request.

Starrett Patent number is 2275258. First patented in 1941, with an estimated expiration of 1959. So, around 1959, they probably stopped putting the patent on the mechanism. But there were a lot of them sitting on shelves in hardware stores all over the country.

I think if you picked either 1950s or 1960s, you'd be in the wheelhouse.

That LUFKIN logo was gone by the 1980s but it had been around forever as had the company's 'Nubian' model. If I had to guess... I'd think 1960s give or take.
