I thought I'd found an official his & hers gift watches from the Korean Prime Minister to a visiting VIP, but when I looked up the name Carmen found on the clasp of each, I found it is a VERY inexpensive watch. Were these gifts from the Korea prime minister? To be an official government gift it would seem they would give something better (and I don't mean a Rolex)?
