Anyone know what this was used for.

Made of wood 24 inches and graduated, it was found with a straight 18 inch ruler.

No makers names, both have a hole in one end for hanging or a string.

Idle guess: used by a boat builder? I know there are specialty curves made for that use.

    'French' curve?*

    * Think that's what my Fisher Body model maker dad would have called it, but Googling, seems the term properly applies to something more complex than this one.

The Great One would not approve, although for an American Girl doll it might work.
