What I want to know is ... did you know postage was going to be that crazy before mailing them out? (and if there's a next time, flat rate padded Priority mailers can be a heckuva lot cheaper.)

And if you use Priority, printing your own label through the USPS website can shave off a little. I use half sheet labels, but all you really need is printer paper, a glue stick and some packing tape.

 

Hmm. I've not received anything yet. Just checked the USPS Informed Delivery site and it shows no packages delivered that I haven't received, or anything on its way. I'll take a look around tomorrow and see if it's sitting anywhere.

I promised to show a picture of when it was done. It's just a Dodgers B and Jackie's 42. Call it my sense of humor striking again. I'm from the era of the Beastie Boys and one of their tracks on Licensed to Ill (it was the 80s, what can I say?) was No Sleep Til Brooklyn - so of course I put a Brooklyn B on a sleep shirt!
