Featured .900 Vesta Pendant-Safe with Striker & Polo Scrimage Scene: Hallmarked

    I know Polo is an ancient sport, an' believe there's no shortage of age on this wee safe...the image appears to be enamel, and looks almost photographic...but under a glass seems to have been hand-painted! It's about the size of a postal stamp; ~30.5mm x ~19mm. The silver work is particularly smooth, especially the hinge, pendant ring & fitting, striker groove, an' the tiny lip for raising the lid. The lid-spring is steel, an' the bottom of the interior looks to be gold washed or plated. Overall dimensions are ~43.5mm x ~35.5mm x ~13mm; weight is 34gm. I hope y'all can read the marks on both sides of the inner lip.

    When made, where, an' by whom? And any comments on the process of such a color image durably worked into silver would be a major bonus! Thanks for lookin'!
