Wow, picture #3 is so out of focus it hurts my old eyes to look at it.

It would probably help if you can take a closer, but in focus, picture of the mark in the oval to the right of the rest of the mark.

It is a pretty bracelet, did you have the stones tested?

.935 is mostly used for quality silver jewellery in Germany and Austria, two countries which are known to be sloppy with official marking. It was probably made in either of these, my guess is Germany. And remarked in France, as Bakers thought.

In style it is very like a bracelet I have that was my mother's, probably from around 1943-46. Sterling, very solidly made, has held up well over time & none of the 'diamonds' has darkened, something she had for formal dances given by sororities & other girls' organizations.

Since Austria & Germany were busy with other things during that period, think we have to look to a different time. The 'sapphires' remind me of another bracelet I have, deco in style, probably German, here is one panel:

Could the swan be the Swarovski mark?

Germany was far ahead of the US when it came to Art Deco and related styles. They already had Deco-ish designs during the Jugendstil period, the German Art Nouveau. One 'branch' of Jugendstil was flowery etc, the other was more linear and stylized.
Many Austrian Sezession (Austrian Art Nouveau) artists also used the linear style, as you can see in many Wiener Werkstätte designs.
In these countries Art Deco wasn't a break from Art Nouveau, but one style period just eased into the next.
Swarovski has a different swan :):

    Wouldn’t it also say Swarovski?

I think I have seen just the swan on jewellery, but Swarovski is not my specialty. The costume joolies will know more Swarovski marking. (I am not one of them)

Some of the 70-80s Swarovski is marked SAL -Swarovski America Ltd and some later stuff from 1989 just has a swan. It often doesn't say Swarovski.

I love the deco bracelet Bronwen, it looks a little like piano keys.
Deco jewellery is some of my favourite.

I love that one too, even though only brass. And I wore the one like OP's with 'diamonds' for New Year's Eve, along with a necklace I bought 50 years ago in a charity shop in a very upscale neighborhood.
